What a great weekend! Thursday evening kicked it off (I am so grateful that our office is closed on Fridays) with our monthly guild meeting. We had a good turnout.
Our program featured our Comfy Quilts Committee, along with one of the services that receives our quilts. There was also a nicely stocked free to a good home table. I dropped off a stack of magazines and grabbed some pretty fabrics that caught my eye!
Speaking of fabric, Diann of Little Penguin Quilts had shared a cute stitchery she was working on, and it was framed with the cutest pumpkin print! She shared with me the info on the selvage, so I could hunt it down. Consequently, look what was in my mailbox on Friday . . .
We had several different groups visiting the camp. They had beautiful, crisp weather for it! I took some foliage shots . . .
I prepped another (finally ... I've been so lazy with any kind of stitching this week) Thanksgiving bowl filler. This one is the turkey:
The turkey will be my slow Sunday stitching! Linking up with Kathy's Quilts!
Saturday was game day! Snacks were all about sausage today.
Sausage balls and Rotel dip! And when I say snacks ... I mean our meal! LOL! Roll Tide for the win and for a guarantee in the SEC Championship game!
And I'm just going to leave this here . . .
You're welcome. Happy Sunday! :)

I love those bowl fillers. You scored some great free fabrics and I do love that pumpkin fabric. What an adorable baby!
What a fun weekend. How nice to be able to get together in person again too,
Such an adorable smile! Gorgeous free fabrics you took home with you. How fabulous there is a free table with such goodies at your Guild. Your bowl fillers are great, and as for your home, how picturesque and beautiful it is.
Oh my goodness that sweet baby! Just made me giggle. Looks like baby is saying "I see you there!!" with just a little attitude :o)
I don't do facebook . . . can you explain what are bowl fillers?

Always fun to find fabric on the giveaway table. Good trade! Cute baby smiles. Stitchery time looks fun too. Awesome scenery pics. Happy, happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
He’s adorable!! I love your new pumpkin fabric. Hugs,
Looking forward to seeing all your bowl fillers! I have to make Rotel dip without the Rotel, as my picky eater won't eat it that way! But we use a queso dip instead, so it has a little punch to it! Quick and easy! Such a sweet baby pic!! ROLL TIDE!!
You made some great finds on the "Free to a good home" table.
What wonderful Fall fabric. Goes well with your photos of the foliage.
Such cute bowl fillers. I have a bunch of fall patterns for those that I never seem to get made.
That is an adorable little face. Lucky you!
Perfect stitching projects for this time of year. Lovely baby too!
Sounds like a really busy, but productive week. That pumpkin fabric is really cute and so are the bowl fillers. Glad to see posting again. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
