felines flying . . .

Well not really . . . but not keeping their paws on the solid ground, either!

Leia may pretend she's well 'grounded' . . .

But in actuality, I think she's got a thing for heights . . .

Rather dizzying!

Or perhaps it's just chair backs?  Like here:

And here:

OH!  Perhaps she's actually in training to be a tightrope artist!

Or perhaps she just likes being able to look down on people.  Like Ellie and Sawyer, in particular?! I think she was quite happy to see Sawyer leave her home with me, this morning!

Check out what the other felines are up to over at Sarah Did It! and Feline Friday!

My Boots used to like high areas too, until he fell off the balcony from the second floor - twice! He still walk with a limp, but God was watching over him!

Love the way she straddles! Bella goes high when she is scared.

Oh my - it would stress me to no end to see her up above the landing like that. Love the shot of her on the table with paws on the chair back. Thanks for bringing Leia to Feline Friday :)

She definitely looks as though she wants to get "above it all!" LOL!!! My Sable used to get on top of the refrigerator and look down from her safe little perch. And when we moved to a 2-story house, she used to sit at the top of the stair landing and keep an eye on all the happenings below. We sure do miss her - it will be one year on the 4th since she went over the Rainbow Bridge.
